NOT FDA-approved; received FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation in 2024 for non-cirrhotic MASH with moderate/advanced fibrosis. Phase 3 ongoing (SYNCHRONIZE in obesity/T2DM; LIVERAGE and LIVERAGE-Cirrhosis in MASH).
